This means that QUICK-STONE ™ within a few minutes passes from liquid to solid state, that blocks the flow of gas, water or oil in the channel faces.

The QuickStone ™ system is characterized by a controlled rapid strength development time, accurate to the minute. The system thickening time depends only on the formation temperature in the area of application. After thickening, the composition is easily removed from the bottom hole zone (easily drilled out), and is also capable of completely dissolving in hydrochloric acid (15% by weight).

During the delivery of material through the pipe space (during the lost circulation control works), the material is in a liquid state, and the prescription is prepared so that after flowing out of the pipe and the estimated filling of the repair zone by the system, the material sets within 2-5 minutes.

Modifications to the QuickStone ™ compound for application depending on the reservoir temperature:

  • ArmoBlock™ – 20-50°С;
  • QuickStone LT™ – 45-60°С;
  • QuickStone MT™ – 61-85°С;
  • QuickStone HT™ – 86-150°С.

  • withstands up to 40% of pollution of organic and inorganic origin (HC, various water-based fluids). These contaminants do not have a negative effect on the shrinkage of the material, on the process of its thickening, changes are observed only in a decrease in the strength properties of the obtained sample.
